The other day I went to a new yoga studio. The teacher was brimming with wisdom and experience. It flowed forth at an incredible rate. I could not retain it all but this is what I took from the class.
Yoga is like origami.
The basic poses consist of one fold. In order to build upon those poses, that one fold must be perfect. More advance poses can be 3-4 folds, each depending on the accuracy of the previous fold.
The image was pleasing and artistic to me. I just wanted to share.
